Denilson Monteiro ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Orbia mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Orbia.
By using Orbia, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We collect the following types of information:
Your display name and points are visible to other players in the same geographic region as part of the multiplayer gameplay. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use the following third-party services:
Your game data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete the app, your local data (position, points) is removed from your device. Your account data on Firebase servers remains until you request deletion.
In-game position data in the Realtime Database is automatically removed when you disconnect from the game.
Orbia is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use Firebase Security Rules to ensure that players can only read and write their own data. All communications with Firebase are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
