Frequently Asked Questions

Use the virtual joystick in the bottom-left corner of the map screen. Drag it in any direction to move your circle. Release it to stop moving.
Move your circle over a smaller player or NPC. If your circle is larger, you will absorb them automatically and gain their points. You cannot absorb players that are larger than you.
Viruses are special NPCs that appear when you have 500 or more points. If you collide with a virus, your points are cut in half — regardless of your size. Immunity does not protect you from viruses. Avoid them at all costs!
Safe zones are green circles visible on the map. Inside a safe zone, no player can absorb another. They are generated near parks and public spaces in your city. Use them to rest safely or as a starting point when you first enter the game.
Portals are rare purple circles that appear on the map once per day. When you enter a portal, you can travel to another city around the world to find new rivals. You will receive a push notification when a portal opens near you. Portals stay active for 10 minutes.
Points decrease over time when you are inactive. If you haven't played in more than 1 hour, your effective points will start to decay. This encourages regular play. Your raw points are preserved and will be restored as you play actively again.
Once you reach 1,000 points, you can no longer absorb NPCs. At this level, you must compete with real players to grow. This is by design to keep the game competitive at higher levels.
When you are absorbed by another player, you receive immunity for 5 minutes. During this time, no one can absorb you. The immunity countdown is shown as a ring around your circle on the map.

First, make sure you have a stable internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, try restarting your device. If none of these work, contact us with a description of the issue and your device model.
