Yes! Stress Squish is completely free to download and play. No sign-in or account required.

Tap the slider icon in the top right corner of the game screen to open the customizer. You can change the face shape, eyes, brows, nose, lips, hair style and color, facial hair, glasses, skin tone, shirt color and text.

Open the customizer and scroll down to the Background section. Choose from 7 animated environments — Office, Ring, Beach, Space, Neon, Dojo, and City — or tap "My Photo" to use a photo from your gallery.

The character recovers HP over time and when you miss a tap — that's part of the challenge! Keep tapping accurately to build combos and deplete the HP bar. When it reaches zero, the character explodes and respawns for another round.

Hit the character multiple times in quick succession to build a combo multiplier. The combos escalate from Combo! → Super! → Incredible! → INSANE! → LEGENDARY! Missing a tap resets your combo.

After getting at least one hit, a share button will appear in the top right corner. Tap it to generate a score card image with your avatar and stats, ready to share to any app.

Yes! Stress Squish supports both iPhone and iPad, in portrait and landscape orientation.

All your data (avatar customization, settings) is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, store or transmit any personal data to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Delete and reinstall the app to see the onboarding again. Your customization will be reset as well.

Please try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store. If it continues, contact us at the email below with your device model and iOS version.
