These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Orbia mobile application ("App") developed by Denilson Monteiro ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Orbia, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Orbia, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Orbia is a real-time multiplayer mobile game where players compete on a map-based interface. The game involves absorbing other players and NPCs to grow in size and climb regional rankings.
You may sign in using Apple ID or Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Orbia may offer premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. All sales are final unless required by applicable law.
In-game points, rankings, and other game data have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove game data at any time for technical or balancing purposes.
All content in Orbia, including but not limited to graphics, code, game mechanics, and design, is owned by Denilson Monteiro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without written permission.
Orbia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. The game requires an internet connection and we are not responsible for connectivity issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denilson Monteiro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Orbia.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Brazilian courts.
