InfinityQ ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

Account information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and display name (if available). If you continue as a guest, we generate an anonymous identifier so we can save your progress on your device.

Usage data

We collect information about your activity in the app: topics you quiz on, your answers, accuracy, streak, sessions, and achievements. This data powers your personal statistics and AI-generated suggestions.

Subscription data

If you subscribe to InfinityQ Pro, we receive subscription status from Apple through our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We do not receive your payment card details — Apple handles payments directly.

Device information

We may collect anonymous device information (model, iOS version, language) to improve app performance and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the core functionality of the app (quizzes, stats, achievements, suggestions).
• To generate AI-powered personalized recommendations and insights.
• To maintain your subscription status and unlock Pro features.
• To diagnose technical issues and improve the app.
• To communicate with you when you contact support.

3. Third-Party Services

InfinityQ uses the following trusted services to operate:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, data storage, and cloud functions.
• Google Vertex AI — generation of quiz questions and personalized suggestions.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Apple App Store — payments and subscription billing.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We only share with them the minimum data needed to provide the service.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
• Export your data in a portable format.

8. International Users

InfinityQ is operated from Brazil. By using the app, you understand that your data may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States (where Firebase and Google Cloud are based).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
