How does the AI generate quiz questions?
When you type a topic, our AI (powered by Google's Vertex AI / Gemini) creates 10 custom multiple-choice questions about it. Each question is generated fresh and may be reused for other users on the same topic to keep things fast.
Why is there a daily question limit?
Free users can answer up to 50 questions per day. This helps us keep the app sustainable while allowing serious learners to upgrade to InfinityQ Pro for unlimited daily quizzes.
How do I subscribe to InfinityQ Pro?
Tap "Get Pro" on the home screen or in your profile. You can choose between a monthly or annual plan. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and select InfinityQ Pro. You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open InfinityQ, go to the paywall (Profile → Get Pro), and tap "Restore" at the top. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Can I use InfinityQ without an account?
Yes — you can use the app as a guest. Your progress is saved to the device. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your progress syncs across devices.
I think a quiz answer is wrong. What can I do?
AI-generated quizzes can occasionally have errors. During any quiz, tap "Report" at the bottom to flag the question. We review reports and improve the system over time.
What's a streak freeze?
A streak freeze protects your daily streak if you miss a day. Free users get 2 freezes. Pro users get 5. Freezes regenerate over time.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at denilson100@gmail.com with your account email and request deletion. We'll process the request within 30 days as required by our Privacy Policy.
Does InfinityQ work offline?
No — InfinityQ requires an internet connection to generate quizzes via AI and sync your progress. We're exploring offline support for a future version.
