These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InfinityQ, an AI-powered quiz app for iOS. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

InfinityQ is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized educational quizzes based on user-provided topics. The app provides free access with daily limits and an optional paid subscription ("Pro") that unlocks additional features.

2. Account & Eligibility

To use InfinityQ, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). You may use the app as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

How subscriptions work

InfinityQ Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Free trial

The annual plan may include a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the regular price.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds

All purchases are managed by Apple. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through your purchase history or by contacting Apple Support. We have no control over Apple's refund policy.

4. Content & AI-Generated Material

Quizzes in InfinityQ are generated by artificial intelligence based on your topic input. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.

InfinityQ is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only. It should not be relied upon as a sole source of information for academic, professional, medical, legal, or other critical decisions.

We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use InfinityQ to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or replicate the underlying AI models.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content generated by the app.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The InfinityQ app, its design, code, branding, and all associated materials are owned by Denilson Monteiro. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Quiz content generated by the AI is provided to you for personal use. You may not redistribute, sell, or publish AI-generated content as your own work.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

InfinityQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfinityQ and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, reliance on AI-generated content, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

You may stop using InfinityQ at any time and delete the app from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
